Bibbidi bobbidi Balloons was created by Charlotte Harris who added balloons to her existing business Village Ceramics a ceramic painting studio based in Cheam Village, Surrey.

We design and produce bespoke Balloon décor for your special event, we have a huge range of colours, sizes and shapes and can incorporate flowers, tassels, ribbons, feathers and glitter for that luxurious look.

From a simple cluster of balloons on tables, to an Organic balloon arch with flowers and ribbon, making that grand statement.

We are fully insured and qualified and can deliver and set everything up saving you time and hassle or if you would prefer you can pick up from our studio in Cheam which is open 7 days a week.
